Buyers/Collectors who purchase artwork from the Site are granted permission to use the purchased image solely to adorn physical materials for personal use (e.g., home décor, personal accessories). Purchase Terms – Digital Downloads & Social Media Use

All products available for purchase are digital files, delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped. Upon successful payment, you will receive a link to download the file(s) purchased.
Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable (see Section 6 for more on returns).
2. License Grant – Personal Use Only
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
Download and store the Digital Content on your personal device(s).

Attribution for Social Media:
When posting purchased Digital Content to platforms such as Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Facebook, or others, you must include visible credit by tagging or mentioning:

If a tag is not applicable, please include "Artwork by HUES WORKS LLC" in your caption or post description.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
Use the Digital Content for any commercial purpose (e.g., advertising, branding, monetized social media content, or product resale).
Share, resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Digital Content in any form.
Upload the Digital Content to third-party platforms or marketplaces (e.g., Redbubble, Society6, Canva, or POD services).
Remove, alter, or obscure any watermark, signature, or credit embedded in the Digital Content.
Use the Digital Content in logos, trademarks, or business branding without a separate Commercial Use License.
Modify, edit, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
4. Commercial Licensing

7. Social Media Sharing – Guidelines
We welcome and appreciate when customers share their prints, setups, or creative use of HUES WORKS artwork online. To keep things fair and respectful, please follow these guidelines:

❌ You may not share full-resolution files, remove watermarks, or offer the artwork as a freebie, download, or resource.
✅ You may tag @HUESWORKS for possible reposts or features.
❌ You may not claim the work as your own, crop out credit, or modify the image without a license.
8. Termination of Use
If you violate these terms, your license to use the Digital Content will automatically terminate, and you must cease all use and delete any copies. HUES WORKS LLC reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for violations.
9. Modifications to Terms
HUES WORKS LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Purchase Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted on the website and will govern future purchases.
